Client Portal Updates

Exciting updates have been added to Seazona! When a client submits a case, you’ll now notice a redesigned post-submission screen. This new layout is cleaner, easier to navigate, and clearly highlights the next steps for your clients. It also allows you to include scheduling links like Calendly, Google Forms, or any custom links you want to present at the end of the submission process.

We also now offer multiple display options for your order forms on the Client Portal. You can choose a step-by-step guided workflow to ensure all required information is completed, or a single-view layout that displays all options and file uploads at once. These settings can be tailored to your preference. To switch to any available layout, simply submit an IT request form, and our team will update your site.

If you haven’t yet explored the Client Portal tutorial video or manual, both are ready for you. We recommend sharing the manual with your clients and reviewing the tutorial with your team so you’re fully prepared to answer any questions.
