Getting Started
Welcome to Seazona Software! With Seazona, we make your transition as smooth as possible! No matter what software you were using before, we can help you seamlessly move your data over.
Seazona allows you to either manually import your data yourself or we can easily do it for you! We can import you clients, products, & price list for you as long as you can provide us with an excel document (example template below). All you need to do is email support@seazona.com with the documents.
Importing Your Data
When you generate your first month’s statements, there will be a place to enter any previous balances for each client. This helps you keep your clients’ billing information up to date. You only need to enter previous balances for the first month; after that, the system will automatically calculate the billing information for you. I recommend watching our Statement tutorials to learn more.
